Scotland releases Lockerbie Terrorist to Libyan Grand Reception. What's Up With That?!
Who would believe that our own ally would release one of the most diabolical terrorists of our time? Because of a "terminal condition"? Hell, we're all "terminal"! The fact that this maggot is "terminal" also means that it is more likely to go for a "bonus" round being a short timer anyway.
